NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Please be advised the Thornapple Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on July 28, at 7pm or as soon thereafter as possible.  The public hearings will take place in the Township Hall, 200 E. Main St., Middleville. 

The public hearing(s) will address the following:

1. Special Use #177—Applicant Jennifer Carey is wishing to construct a residence on her property to house an immediate family member requiring around the clock care. Her residence is located at 3450 Eagleview Ct., Middleville, MI  49333 (parcel 08-14-025-001-35) per Thornapple Township Zoning Ordinance 5.3 (t) and 19.68.

Any interested person may attend the public hearings to learn about the extent and location of Special Use requests to offer comments to the Planning Commission.  A copy of the application noted above may be examined in the Township offices at the address noted above during regular business hours.  Monday – Thursday 9am- 4pm
